CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours advance notice will be charged a cancellation fee that amounts to 100% of the service that was scheduled. 

  • In the event of a missed appointment without any prior notification (no call/no show), 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.

  • New clients appointments must be prepaid.  

  • A valid credit card must be provided to secure all other appointments.  In the event of a cancellation or reschedule without 24 hour notice, the credit card on file will be charged.  

  • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.  Your account will not be charged until the time of service.  In the event of cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-call/no-shows, the credit card on file will be used to cover the cancellation fee.
